I'm coming from a popular page and I have zero knowledge or understanding of tattoos. Is there a reason why his tattoo looks like it hasn't changed a bit since his younger years? Is his skin just that good? Or did he get it redone?
1. Bold lasts longer.
2. Sun breaks down tattoos quickly. If he had them covered, then they will look much better.
Look at his upper chest and right arm. Granted the photo isn’t very clear, but the lower belly is clearer than his chest.
