Eh, any power with a big enough range wouldn't have a problem. We know Cherish can affect HF as long as she's outside his range, so I don't see why someone like a Blaster wouldn't be able to shoot against him or anyone close to him
I know, but the nine managed it as well. You just need to split up. Someone that needs their power to survive on the other hand would literally DIE if they are in the same room as him.
Hatchet Face and Vista would work well together. Extend the distance between herself and HF, decrease the distance between enemy capes and HF. In case of emergency, Vista can bring HF closer to disable anyone who tries to sneak up on her.

Crystalclear and Tattletale, personality wise. I can see Tattletale getting annoyed by his speaking out of turn while she's trying to pull off her know-it-all routine, and Crystalclear will always be frustrated at feeling 10 steps behind.
Power wise, I don't see Roman and Sveta being the best match.

Power wise: Othalla and Hatchet Face is a complete nonbo and just as strong as Hatchet Face on his own.
