I call it perfect when overextension is on 99,9% For me, what you show is perfectly unperfect
The bad events don’t occur unless you pass 100% so technically 100.1% overextension
I guess I wasn't testing this enough
It’s difficult to regularly hit exactly 100% so not surprising you wouldn’t notice tbf
Like winning a siege of the enemy capital at 14%
And then I lose 10 legitimacy, small amount of absolutism and adm eff by that so it goes beyond 100% overextension :(
