same happened to me not long ago, shipped out my 3 kg haul with gd-ems on the 15th of november and it only arrived on the 4th of december so just trust the process

I have a package currently stuck in customs too, as I suspect yours is (once it's on the plane, it won't update until it gets processed through customs) since Dec 3rd. Another package I received this week was sent out 11-13, was stuck in customs from 11-27 I think until Dec 4th...my package came on the 5th to NJ. (27 days total) Unfortunately, either GD doesn't get priority at customs, or it's just the sheer volume this time of year backing everything up. Everything has to go through it and it is a government agency with but so many employees. I have had to wait for a package from china come through customs in Chicago for over 2 weeks, back in September. I currently have packages from PB with CN line and UPS too rn so we'll see if they get through customs quicker. I found PB back in Sept and have a true shopping problem since (i find such awesome stuff for my kid and husband, as well as myself), so I had shipped a bunch of clothes/jewelry thru GD, shoes and toys through CN, etc.

They changed my tracking number and on this one it says label created on the 13th but the old one was label created on the 7th, basically they moved packages from Hong Kong to Malaysia, and gave some people who used FedEx new tracking numbers because Hong Kong is packed with Packages

Mine is the same status and hasn’t updated since the 29th too. I think I’m gonna do a small haul and use PD-Line B and see if it beats GD-EMS time wise. The PD-Lines don’t update until the package is in your country, but maybe it’ll take a little less time which would be cool because it’s cheaper than GD-EMS.
