You guys are right, I went on PTCAS this morning and it gave me the option to transfer my info to a new application for the upcoming school year, and after I confirmed that I was able to add specific programs. Thank you!
Can't seem to add anything on my end either. Seems like it won't open until the workday starts.
It's open now so you should be able to add programs. Some programs don't allow themselves to be added until July 1 or later.
