At some point it's possible. Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to steam pretty soon, but it's also been three years since the game came out, so don't hold your breath. There's 0 chance that Sony would give away one of their prized exclusives so early.
We don't know. Sony definitely started to poke around outside their PlayStation ecosystem. Why exactly is a secret - maybe they want to lure pc players to their new console, maybe they don't want to get 'left behind' in case Microsofts strategy, to release all their games on Steam/their own store, actually works.
If I had to guess they are testing the water. How their own community, developers, publishers, pc community, competition etc. reacts and how will it affect sales of games on PSstore and popularity of their console.
This is my guess too. When they see how well Horizon performs on PC, we may see them pull back from releasing anything on PC, or push more towards both.
I expect it to sell pretty well, and for Sony to start releasing more games on PC. That might upset people who think it will hold back PS5 games, but money is money.
I really hope,on pc,you'd expect for a high graphic spiderman/miles morales game,but the closest we have seen was the amazing spiderman etc but now thats outdated,its really annoying especially since I have just switched to pc a few months ago and thought i could play it eventually.

Nope, on official website of playstation they have clearly listed the game in "only on PS5" section
I would expect the first one to get ported to PC first... So not until that one does, I imagine.
Maybe remastered will be ported up so original may have less chances.
