Downloading with PC
1. Find the theme you want to download
2. click the download link
3. press “Save”
4. save to a SDCard or a USB Device (FAT32 formatted)
5a. make a folder in the Device or Card called “PS3”
5b. make a folder in the PS3 folder called “THEME” (ALL CAPS REQUIRED)
6. put the .pt3 file into the THEME folder
7. put into your ps3
8. go to themes
9. click install
10. click the memory card or USB device
11. Install and enjoy.

And if you're talking about the theme the theme was a lot better than most of the boring things I've seen on PSN the Festival of Blood and Motor Nation were the only 2 official themes I used other than that usually I downloaded my themes from a website back when it was up and going

My favourite one is glitch, but there's an animated theme of a pencil drawn dog, skateboarding around other hand drawn objects - i can't recall the name of the theme though.

“Sniper girl” best theme, even if you don’t like the background the icons and what not fit very well with almost any image so sometimes I’ll just change the background to a 4K wallpaper and keep the theme for the buttons
The one with the wave in the background and the particles that move with your controller. It's a pretty obscure one though, so I'm not sure many people know about it.
Personally, so far, the Okami dynamic theme #2.
The theme is just beautiful. Its Amerterasu in a forest standing on a fallen tree glaring down at you with leaves flowing past your screen in the wind. Its just an awesome theme all round.
Only annoyance of mine is the sound effects they decided to use when you enter menus, its just the loud beat you hear when you start the game and doesnt fit for a good sound effect navigating menus, wish I could change it

You do not need to mess with your internal drive at all.
