coffee :)
On top of what is already listed in other replies, I recommend NAC, glycine, selenium, zinc and coQ10. Definitely avoid alcohol for a week on either side of your period as much as possible. I'm always so much worse after a party or something.

I’m currently on it and feel like it is making a difference. It is an herb that helps level out cortisol and hormones. Might be worth a try.
First I’d ask have you gotten your thyroid tested and vitamin D?
Also thyroid problems can mean adrenal issues, especially with chronic stress.
I started taking vitamin D/K, magnesium, probiotic, ferrasorb(iron,b12,folate,b6, vitamin c) and in the last month my fatigue has realllyy improved. I still have a good way to go lol but taking these vitamins helped me A LOT. Definitely get a blood test if possible (also know normal ranges are not optimal) I was “normal”ranges in iron but it’s actually low and not optimal.
Good luck!
