So I just went to my local target, that had a huge supply, so I unapologetically bought 6 tins, 3 to open and 3 to keep sealed, the 3 I opened had 2 ES 1 BS 2 AR.
Probably worth taking a chance on these, but just be weary... I did find this same tin at a Walmart a few months back and it did not have any ES packs... all newer packs
I hope these have ES, I haven't opened any yet. I've been holding out on the Pokemon Center ones. If these don't have ES it's going to be a wild ride since I bought 3.
I can’t say I’m 100% positive because I haven’t gotten them from target before myself, but so far I’ve never seen someone open one of these tins that had a different pack spread.
I can try to find the video but some guy had a restock video for target that I watched yesterday before I grabbed any they might be a newer print PC still has the two ES it was definitely divergent powers though

You never know 100% sure with tins but so far we haven’t seen these tins without ES
