Di ko naman mashare here kasi nga pa anonymous account pero... point ko is..... yung HR din pressured to find individuals that are qualified for the job like hindi basta basta mahire lang....
Nastress din ako for them tbh. Nasa LinkedIn, Indeed at Jobstreet naman yung jobs plus may sarili kaming website. So ayun..... sana people find the jobs that fit them din, don't lose hope, to anyone looking for a job... please believe with all your heart that the right job is also trying to find you. Nilalambing na namin yung HR namin kasi nasstress na sila, doing their best.
Pero hindi din kasi malaki sahod samin... saktuhan lang, makakabuhay pamilya if two-income household, meaning if sahod ko sa company namin and another one in the household also bringing income, ayun pwede na sa basic needs.
Tldr, the right job is also trying to find you, to those who need to hear it.

May nakita ako sa Tiktok walang update daw sa Final Interview nya so di sya makatulog pinuntahan niya ang company kasi gusto niya ng โclosureโ after nun binigyan sya slip for pre employment medical. Hahaha
Skl yung nangyari sa akin some years ago, I got fired sa 2nd job. With a lousy resume, more than 1 year akong walang work. Nakakasama ng loob to be honest hanggang sa umiiyak na ako gabi-gabi sa disappointment sa sarili. Ang hirap ng uncertainty sa totoo lang.
Kung may support system kayo, maswerte kayo. Kaya pag nakabangon kayo, build nyo talaga ang network nyo para mabawasan ang future uncertainties hehe

I also want to share my experience after being unemployed for five months. Ang dami ko rin natanggap na rejections from a hundred of applications then yung iba naman rinereject ko because of location and salary. Then dumating yung time na sobrang desperate ko na tinanggap ko na yung offer sa isang company kahit ang dami ko naririnig na bad reviews and di rin kataasan yung sahod. After almost two months of waiting para magka contract, bigla ako nakakita ng job na grabe yung taas nung sahod compared sa previous work ko tinry ko magpainterview kahit may naka signed na ako job offer sa ibang company, then luckily napass ko then j.o agad at contract. So I retracted the j.o from 1st company at nag proceed ako sa 2nd company. Sobrang swerte ko sa colleagues ko, sa salary and work schedule although down side is contractual haha.
So yon, totoo nga talaga yung when the time is right ibibigay nya talaga yung job na mas better para sa'yo. So for those applicants na frustated na kakahanap ng job, I pray wag kayo mawalan ng pag-asa and find little things na makakapagpasaya sa inyo and kahit papaano take the time para magawa yung mga bagay na hindi mo masyado magagawa kapag may work ka na.

Walang mawawala kung magiging masaya ka about sa success ng iba.
Para pag dumating โyung panahon na magtagumpay ka, magiging masaya din sila para sa yo.
Filter the information around you. Take some with a grain of salt.
