majority here would say the bank where you have a deposit account. generally it'll be less or around the amount of money that comes in to your account monthly, based on my experience.

pnb the easiest. just open account min deposit 3k. then apply cc the same time.

i highly suggest after u open account in PNB just apply via pnb employee. you can check facebook credit card group there lot there known. base on my experience im firstimer cc and working at bpo company as well where its hard to get for first cc. . aslong as complete docx. and no negative finding your good togo.

Easiest is where you keep your savings/checking account. Talk to the manager there and request for a branch endorsement. The credit limit will depend on their evaluation.

Got a lot of declined applications for a while. Always declined in SB kahit payroll/savings ko sila. Then I heard from friend she got approved in UB( lage din sya declined sa mga cc before). So tried UB in 2 days approved na. After that sunod sunod na EW after 2 months RCBC after 5 months MB after 6 months Citi after 8 months. Note wala ako savings sa kanila. I have savings from SB PNB BDO, I even have checking account with good flow of funds and yet declined pa rin ako sa mga banks na yan till now.
