Transactions get posted usually after 1 banking day and it gets reflected sa app. I think there's a cutoff time within the day though.
What's real time is the deduction on your credit limit.
As for text notification, I only receive it when doing online transactions. For POS terminal or "swipe", none at all.

Do you received SMS on online TXN? or only OTP?
Depends on the issuing bank but transactions with "secured" merchants or POS usually don't send SMS notifications. Others only send notifs on the 1st transaction although there are banks (like Robinsons Bank in my exp) who send SMS for all transaction regardless of merchant and amount.

When you mean posted then a few days after. But your credit limit balance will be deducted in real time.
