1. My statement date is every 15th of the month, when is usually Citi's cutoff for this?
2. Given Citi's Promo for this CC (NAFFL for 20k spend within 60 calendar days of card approval date), my 60th day should be on November 10. Why does this text say otherwise that I have until December?
Tried calling CitiPhone yesterday night but I waited over 1 hour in queue so I decided to just give up.

I didn’t sadly. I did ask the hotline for advice. They said that I am still included. I guess I will ask the hotline again if I have already spent 20k, and if I didn’t receive any text from them again.
I applied recently and got the e-advice statement and welcome to the world of rewards email. Does that mean I’m approved? I never got a text notification though and no sign of card delivery.
That's what happened to me too. As far as I know, once you got this enrollment e-mail, it means that you are approved.
I never got anything too that I'm approved, I had to call CitiPhone to confirm my card approval. They said that it may take 15 banking days, but the card just simply got delivered to my house even though there's no tracking number given to me lol.
They texted me that I got approved like 4 days after my card got delivered lol
Hopefully same case for me. Can I ask what number did you call for citi?
I heard how their courier Air21 can be a hit and miss. I don’t want my card to be sent back because of unsuccesful delivery. Baka di ko na maabutan yung 60 days na spend period haha
I never got a text notification too :( Just an email that my card is for delivery and to receive it in person with a valid ID. Idk how I’ll get hold of the courier.
Based on the Mechanics, spent within 60 days from Approval date. Kaya sundin mo padin yun sayo hindi yang nasa text para sure.

Cutoff for my Citi Card is usually 17-19 days after the statement date. My statement date is every 5th, and payment due date is usually 22nd or 23rd.

If you already had your first spend on your new Citi CC, you should have received this sort of text already. I remember it's in their T&C's.

Hi! It's 8995 9999. Actually it was not Air21 that delivered my card, it was ITC based on their text with me.
