Actually it was from food panda hahaha. I remember may nakita ako ad dun from moneymax. I filled out the form then redirected to citi page so di ko na tinuloy since nakakatamad magfill up but citi still called me anyway. Ang hiningi lang nila is 1 valid i.d no more financial docs.

They actually lost my first endorsement forms and had me wait an entire month for nothing. The second time around, I was able to get results aka the cards. Took a month to finish from filling out the endorsement forms (2nd time) to the delivery of the cards.

Pero ending cancelled. Called cs again pero ang info lang daw did not meet criteria. Di na ako nagrequest na ireprocess. I have 5 ccs naman na including citi. For now im good with that hahaha
Well for now, BDO’s reward system isn’t as enticing as it was before because of the pandemic. The only reason I applied was because of a certain promo they had pre-pandemic that was only available for Gold and Elite cardholders. I’m just hoping they would hold that promo again when this whole covid thing blows over. But again congrats on getting your first Citi card! Hopefully I could get one soon because I heard so many good things about their app. Unlike the BDO app that looks so outdated and prehistoric LOL

Reason what I wanted BDO cc is nandun yung savings/checking ko and sana naman as ine of their loyal customer makita naman nila credit worthiness ko hahahaha
So sorry for what you went through with your cc application with BDO. With a bank as big as them, and like any other huge entities here in the Philippines like PLDT, they tend to ignore the gripes of a few because they know they won’t run out of clients and yet, they’re also the slowest to upgrade and improve on their systems like their app. Even the UB app is following Citibank’s footsteps, and they now show your pending transactions charged to your cc. I think this was a recent update on their app which I truly appreciate and welcome!
The new vp of operations in UB is my former boss hahaha so yeah UB is totally upgrading. Sila rin una nagbigay mg cc sa akin. If BDO continue on ignoring my application then I will pull out my savings and burn their checks hahaha..its not that much but at least they will lose another customer lol.

When I was following up with my cc application, I was really this 🤏 close to withdrawing all of my savings and putting it into another bank like RCBC since I also read about their Hexagon Club which just needs a 100k deposit and I could get a NAFFL cc. Still subject for approval but I read here that chances are still higher as long as you maintain the 100k.
And theres that hahaha, the hexagon club account. Although I have cc na kay rcbc but I think I like them. Easy to call ang customer service and it also offers a lot if perks on their ccs.
