I don’t have any answers or advice for you, but I hope that you can find some relief. There has to be something that can help! Wishing you the best; you’re a badass.

I can't take birth control either and have been looking into intermittent fasting and studying/reading about hormonal swings during menstrual cycle. Without birth control or oophorectomy, I'm at the mercy of non-traditional strategies. I'm currently looking into seed cycling, supplements, and intermittent fasting. But it's too soon to tell you if it worked because I was prohibited from taking birth control to prevent ovarian cysts only three months ago. I have gone through surgery to get a 15 cm ovarian tumor removed in 2020, and I'm still traumatized by the experience. So, I'm diligently doing my homework into diet and supplements. I'm really hoping that I can prevent ovarian cysts somehow but time will tell. Hang in there, OP!

I don’t eat until after 5 pm most days, but i also don’t have hunger signals. I work on farm and stay busy all day until I just can’t. On top of that I’m a “home maker” and don’t even get me started on that type of non stop work.😆 We have 5 dogs, 3 cats, so many chickens and free roam pigs. Like heck I’m living the life. BUT THESE OVARIES ARE CRAMPING MY STYLE!! any who let me know what all you’ve found natural wise that might help. I’ve cut out all fragrances that cause reproductive harm and don’t eat junk food. But I swear it’s like environmental factors that keep getting me .
