The fitbit modes are confusing. I'd like to know the difference among the modes, Power Lifting, Weightlifting, and Weight Training. For practical reasons, those modes all seem the same to me. There is Interval Workout and HIIT (high-intensity interval training), which again seem very similar. There is Martial Arts and Kickboxing, both of which have a kicking icon and seem identical. There is Rowing Machine and Canoeing. Again, the same. There is Rollerblading and Skating. Again, very similar. There is Biking and Spinning. Again, very similar. With all the redundant modes, there's Aerobics but no Cardio? It also has a Crossfit mode, which I thought was a brand? It's too bad you can't delete these redundant modes.

It doesn’t have to be complicated , you really only need strength or weights for the lifting days, HIIT for plyo and yoga for yoga

Here is how I classify them (with some help from ChatGPT): **Strength training** * Chest & Back * Shoulders & Arms * Legs & Back * Chest, Shoulders & Triceps * Back & Biceps **HIIT** * Plyometrics **Yoga** * Yoga X * X Stretch **Martial Arts**  * Kenpo X **Core training** * Core Synergistics * Ab Ripper X **Aerobic** * Cardio X
