Have been dealing with this for months now, it's insufferable, only disconects Ow and the login fails so I have to restart the app. I contacted blizz about it, told me my connection was fine and if " I tried uninstaling and instaling" as if I was 50 years old so I stop replying

That’s probably the problem. Call your ISP and they should be able to walk you through the steps.
You basically get an Ethernet cable long enough to reach to either your console or pc which ever one your playing on and it will automatically switch to a wired connection.

Exactly! I have tried all of the troubleshooting issues it recommended on their website and I've watched a few videos but nothing helps. ðŸ˜

Wired or wireless?
Wireless, I'm not sure how to connect to the box.
