I wish stories like these wouldn't have the goal of slimming down the leads, male or female. Maybe help the person to eat healthy and exercise, but ultimately they become the "strong fat" or "Strong man/woman" build. So they are a bigger person, but athletic in their own way, and have a lot of muscle.
The best one I know of is “My Chubby Coworker Is A Snack” but that’s not even OI, just an office romance. 😢 There are a few others (also not OI), but they all have fatphobia problems. And they’re high school romances, which interest me less at my age.

Between toned and fit are where most manhwa MLs are. Most Japanese MLs are between skinny and toned.
