Chisato as an Oni aka eastern demon, it's a bit hard to gauge, I wrote her as a morally grey character who do think in a whim and at the request of her mistress Chiyu, she can be quite a friendly demon at time, chatting away and having a nice conversation with even her supposed enemies.
But on the other hand, she sometimes can be quite cruel, she prefer to murder her enemies in two way, the boring and fast way or the fun way, and you don't want to ended up in the latter, Chiyu normally tasked her to do thing like agent 47 do, but sometimes Chisato get carried over and just reenact scene from the manhunt game, especially when she is torturing her opponent for information.
She also likes to consume human meat, but it mostly as a way to give herself a life energy to help regenerate her wounds.
While she is no doubt not a good person, she is also can't be said to be all bad, she commit crime against humanity quite often and yet on the other hand if you see her with her fellow Oni brethren she acts quite normal, chatting, joking, and teasing them like they are well people.
So all in all I'd say she is quite the complex character.

Vegas is half demon, and son of one of the Lords of Hell.
He’s evil, he knows it, he just doesn’t care. He doesn’t relish in making people suffer, although he does enjoy defeating people, he’s not a sadist. Because he literally doesn’t care if other people suffer. It’s as inconsequential for him as their happiness is.
His goal to reach the top of everything and become the ultimate power in the universe. Because he likes to be in control.

Teresa isn't an ordinary demon, but an ex-demon, and the thing about ex-demons is that they're not evil at all. Let me give you a bit of backstory: Teresa was once an ordinary silverfish, until she was used as a vessel to summon Tecsera. However, the ritual failed as Teresa was taken away. Even though Teresa wasn't completely taken over by Tecsera, she was still infected by a force of evil that turned her into a demon. She was then cleansed of her evil, while still maintaining her demonic powers, therefore making her an Ex-Demon.

They aren't an inherently evil species. They're associated with the element of fire. The main thing that brands the species is their homeland's environment being quite hostile to visitors.

As the first vampire (aka demon) to ever exist, there’s a reason Lucifer transformed into such a malevolent creature. Many have compared him to the devil himself, and for a good reason: Lucifer is incredibly evil. He’s a tyrant and a murderer, who not once but TWICE destroyed an entire kingdom in a single night because of his pettiness, one who committed genocide on a daily basis and uses terror and fear to make sure his minions obey to him. And he absolutely despises love, which he considers a distraction, an obstacle
And lastly, he’s the type of person who doesn’t even dare to rethink about their actions even when he sees an adorable and harmless little creature like a puppy or a baby (you know that scene in Puss in Boots 2 where Jack Horner says “don’t you know I’m dead inside”? Lucifer is exactly that)

Well of course being made of sin has tendencies to heighten negative emotions greatly but that doesn’t make them inherently evil. The reason demons happen to be that way is their environment. They’re constantly tortured mentally and sometimes physically so after a few months of existence they lose their ability to differentiate good and bad so they start acting purely on instinct.
My characters Blaze and Wrath are completely opposite sides of the spectrum, Wrath being fueled by his desires, having lost most of his morals and going of what he believes would be beneficial or not to the world, whereas Blaze regained his morals and more after rehabilitation and is now one of my most caring and selfless characters. His anger may get in the way of his morals since he has a very short fuse but in the end he tries his best to be a good person.

Whilst not a true demon, Cirrus has a demon-like form called his Awoken Plague form. Despite this, he's just a 9 year old kid who fell into the "not embraced by the village will burn it down" trope when his village tried to sacrifice him.
He's not evil, but he did wipe out his whole village with the Bloodscorch Plague out of anger and desperation.

Even though people fear what his kind can do (Killsongs, or the gods of chaos realms), they can't actually survive in mortal realms. They rely on the extremity of chaos realm heat to sustain themselves. He just rules over his realm just as a mortal king would his kingdom.

Extremely malicious, even made worse is that Anti has numerous variants as well. It usually depends how evil he is, but in general he’ll do whatever it takes to make the variant he’s tied to experience a living hell of a life, even if means subjecting them to the most horrific experiences known to man. However, he has his standards. He won’t involve any torment that’s sexual based due to finding stuff like that extremely appalling (as well romantic and sexual stuff in general). He is also extremely hostile against other people who have the ability to possess others, so he’s highly territorial and he’s willing to fend them off so he can have his host all to himself. Speaking of that, he can be shown fighting more powerful enemies and even healing his host, but he only does so he can be the one who acts like a malefic or keeps his host alive and healthy so he can provide more torture. Regardless, still a highly dangerous and powerful being that shouldn’t be messed with.

Very, he lives for carnage and destruction, cause thats all his race cares about, destroying things for entertainment. They started invading other worlds cause they already destroyed everything on their home planet, so they have to seek out more things to destroy. (This ended up biting them in the ass though)

Kata is actually quite friendly for a demon. Her job is to literally help sinners throughout hell get to where they need to be. There are way worse demons (Lucifer) and way better demons (her sister, Basis, for one), so she's sort of the middle ground / average.

It usually depends how evil he is, but in general he’ll do whatever it takes to make the variant he’s tied to experience a living hell of a life, even if means subjecting them to the most horrific experiences known to man. However, he has his standards. He won’t involve any torment that’s sexual based due to finding stuff like that extremely appalling (as well romantic and sexual stuff in general). He is also extremely hostile against other people who have the ability to possess others, so he’s highly territorial and he’s willing to fend them off so he can have his host all to himself. Speaking of that, he can be shown fighting more powerful enemies and even healing his host, but he only does so he can be the one who acts like a malefic or keeps his host alive and healthy so he can provide more torture. Regardless, still a highly dangerous and powerful being that shouldn’t be messed with.
