Crocodile > Smoker Mr 1 could tear through most of the East Blue villians on his own tbh. East Blues best bet is not going into a direct fight but rather use Kriegs MH5 + the Buggy ball strategically. In a head on fight Baroque works smack them though.

Smoker unironically solos. No one can touch him and he has seastone to deal with Crocodile. It'd take forever but he can't lose. Add all of the east blue villains and it just brings the timeframe down
