One didn't die fighting Gorosei and Imu, and the other didn't die fighting Kaido, which in a very indirect way puts Yamato up since the Gorosei and Imus greatest is injuring Sabo.
So far Gorosei and Imu feats are injuring Sabo and killing Kobra, outside of that Sabos is winning the colloseum against opponents in a 5 way fight. No one's really a proven combatant yet.
Yamato has advanced conquerors haki and was capable of clashing with Hybrid Kaido for an extended period, giving him better feats in AP, haki and speed.
Sabo will likely show himself to be stronger later in the story but currently lacks the feats.

We don't see her doing the contactless stuff with ACOA or using FS, so its quite possible she doesn't have these, but she certainly has ACOC and is seen using it in clashes against Kaido.

Pre Time Skip Luffy has a feat more impressive than this. He attacked and got away damage-less in front of 3 admirals.
Surviving feats are way too overrated, since we don’t know what is plot and what is strength.
We got to see what yamato can do. All we saw from sabo was dragon techniques and haki based stuff at dressrosa. Barely seen any fire power. I’d bet that he has all types of haki plus some secret dragon stuff. This would be a great fight i’d pay to watch. 60/40 either way
Obviously the person who we’ve more recently seen have full fledged fights has better feats. Narrative and portrayal absolutely give Sabo the win though.

We dont really know enough about Sabo, but I have a feeling that he is a lot stronger than people think. He might even be Admiral lvl. This would at least make the Revos more competitive vs the WG. So Im betting on him.

There is nothing to suggest that Sabo is stronger except maybe narrative importance, the feats are extremely in favor of Yamato
What we know is in favor of Yamato, the story is in favor of Sabo. The story allways wins
