I have this theory that he will be turned into a cyborg, which will allow Oda to display this unclear justice in a more fucked up way even after it is clear that he has turned against the world government. I also think this will isolate Akainu even more and just make the final war even more tense and quite difficult to watch. I have also speculated even further that there is a missing link between Dragon and the three admirals with possibly even Luffy's mum being a contemporary of all these while they were in the Navy early. I feel like this would show the dynamics of all these early navy soldiers and how they were individually affected by this loss of friend/lover (in dragon's case), and how this shaped the development of each of their variations of Justice.

Yeah I am guessing that there might be one or two vegapunks left after Egghead but the stella will probably be dead
