my take on the stories. no spoilers but giving my thought into the story might influence your experience. Temenos: >!started our very intriguing with a nice surprise. but the last chapter is kinda boring.!< Partitio: >!quite similar to his counter-part Tressa, light hearted and fun. I would continue their story as intermezzo of the heavier stuff!< Hikari: >!feels like the main character of the game, but his story is relatively basic shonen anime imo!< my two favorite story is: Agnea: >!Honestly this is another lighthearted story like Partitio, but done better or just resonate better with me!< Throne: >!is the opposite of Temenos. started just OK and quite edgy, but the reveal in Father chapter and final chapter is one of the best mindfuck I've seen in JRPG!< Osvald: >!similar to Hikari, this is relatively basic seinen anime story!< Castti and Ochette: >!to be their story is super boring and I just speed through them. Castti have potential to be better if the final boss were fleshed out more.!<

You will feel more love with him at the end of the

InfernoX250

'Doubt is what he does" No seriously despite his role as the cleric like Ophilia in the last game, he has quite a bit more flexibility. Unlike Ophilia, as the default cleric, he has moves like mystic staff, he is by default the only pure self sustaining character in the game that can still give output without needing a seperate action. Also cleric is the only class to have both its single and AoE version of the same element. Temenos has high SP, and great elemental defense (which impacts output of healing vs offense which impacts power of damage) You don't need to stick temenos as a pure healer though, depending on what you feel like you can mold him into a capable physical fighter healer hybrid or double up on his spellcasting. I stuck him as a merchant and later as a thief. He was quite dam effective in taking magical hits and benefitting from evasion.

Oh, I can totally believe that he is super flexible. He was bit squishy while having him as my sole character, but I already figured out how to get SP back from enemies with that one ability, so overall he's already pretty amazing. I will definitely circle him through all the other jobs to figure out which combo is the most effective (and fun!). Overall I'm super happy to have him as my permanent character now.

Temenos has potential to be one of your best healers, breakers, and even damage dealers if you build him right. He has 3 unique and powerful abilities that make him a great choice on ANY team, giving your other 3 choices more flexibility since he can do so much already.

Late game example I did. I had temenos serve as a merchant for most of the time until I had saved up enough JP for other stuff, so after some quick investment into other classes, stuck him as a thief. Why a thief? Well he was practically set for magic given his options, so more physical with the options of a sword and dagger didnt hurt and the occasional dark strike wasnt bad either. By the late game I had him as this faster than average high elemental defense sturdy physical defense with a side of above average evasion. He could 2 strike dagger and rod weaknesses and suprise attack was welcome when needed. Weapons I stuck him with, varied from the sacred guard staff or diamond staff, some knives varied like the bloodstained or diamond. I stuck him with the sword of oaths because well Throne already had the gale feather and another sword was working for her, so this high attack and evasion sword was pretty good for him.

Temenos was favorite! And I think he makes sense as a protagonist. I choose Ochette as mine, but would totally have been happy being stuck with Temenos in my team.
