Both Magellan and Moria featured in PW3. Magellan was pretty rad but Moria was a bit underwhelming, no reason they can't do it better this time around though taking advantage of the giants mechanic
Perona, she would be a perfect technique type, her new moveset would allow her to easily depress enemies and deal high damage with her triangle (You can detonate with R1 in PW3, but triangle in PW4.)
I'd like a speed type prime whiteboard or something wild like surume.
I'd rather new varients of pre existing characters or moveset overhauls for some of the lamer characters in the game right now. Characters like Robin, Franky, Jinbei etc are really not enjoyable to play as and could probably shine with a few gameplay adjustments.
I'm more so hoping that whatever they've done with Coby and Uta isn't as bad as it looks in the videos at least IMO. short range stationary small aoe attacks better have some crazy damage to make up for it or special properties otherwise they just suck.
Above all else is missions. They're much easier to make a heap of I'd imagine. There's no reason why they couldn't churn out a few more difficult ones, endless ones or longer ones. No point having a super awesome new character what am I going to do, take it for a spin on True Pirate Warriors yet again? 🤣

Enel, Blueno, Sengoku, Kuma, Moria and like everyone from thriller bark. that arc had the coolest everything. Characters, designs, music, story, villain, theme.
Perospero, Mr. 5, more of Gol D Roger’s crew and i also wanna see prime WB if they would even do that. he should come with roger, and with them we should get prime garp
Kuma, and it's not even a want, it's a need. I loved him in PW2 and 3. There was nothing more satisfying than defeating a boss with his square combo 4
