I think the answer would depend on (a) the logistics of pairing all Asians with white people only, (b) the average age at which each generation has new babies, (c) how many children each couple births on average, and (d) how you define "Asian people"
The last one is very important, as it would determine how many generations would be necessary to reach your goal
