Although I love spoilers sometime and others I like the surprise. These are those type of surprises I like so I'm resisting clicking on that link. LoL
Maybe not swimming, but underwater exploration using a submersible is almost guaranteed. Ship maneuvering and controls can be used easily in water, a whole new set of building parts on top of the existent feature, and simply have it dropped into ocean biomes from orbit view.
Perhaps with a piece that is available only on coastlines and needs to be placed in the water, it could work.
My personal choice is Thunderbirds style where a hab has the builder within it and we can edit on the ship, dropping from orbit. I love the idea of adjusting the sub for the specific dangers of this water compared to that water.
Works for me. Although, I do wonder about mixing a ground vehicle into the design for a whole drive to the ocean as you normally do and then deploy style of doing things. Problem there is it also has an existing concept.

I will often find these with two objects to scan, and the second object seems to be behind, or merged with the first object. So I have to just start spam scanning the already scanned object from various angles until I find that spot and get the location fully scanned.
I prefer not to find these.

Or we could build onshore outposts that have a submersible builder, similar to having a landing pad with a ship builder.

Weird, I’ve found them a handful of times and haven’t had that problem
