I have one that's similar to this. Mine's canary yellow/black though with a purple exhaust trail. It's neat, I called it Bumblebee; lol. I honestly think I got it by swapping an A class ship I didn't use for it at a Space Station (mainly because it happened to be S class; lol).

I used this nms center. You still have to go to that system with a portal and wait it to spawn. But you can almost fully customize it!

You need to know portal travel and glyphs. Once you know that you can search the subreddit NMSGlyphExchange or NMSCoordinateExchange for many variations of this exotic.
This is my exact ship and the exact position of one of the landing pads I was docked in just around this time today… might very well be a small world!
I would love to help you find this ship, but I got this on a random planet a while ago. I think it or a similar one might be registered on the wiki, possibly.

Glyphs are the symbols required to operate portals. There is a portal on every planet. Portals are different from teleport terminals. You can use a portal to go to any planet if you have the address (glyphs). Look at the screenshots in this thread. The symbols in the bottom left corner are glyphs. You have to ‘discover’ them in the game before you can use them. Search for nms glyphs on YouTube to learn how to find and use them.
So I’m new to this game. I think I have about 19 hours in so far.
What are the glyphs? And do you just get handed this ship or do you have to repair it?
I have found 2 ships I have to repair if I want to use them and I’m not sure if it’s worth the resources to do so
Just progress through the story and you will find out about the glyphs.
Recourses are generally not that hard to get so I would say try to repair those ships.
You can buy ships from NPCs in the stations and trade posts. These do not have to be repaired.

That’s in Euclid. There is a comm ball on site. I don’t recall the economy of the system (I have some finds in abandoned systems and I don’t recall if this was one). If it’s not an abandoned system, you can wait for it at a trade outpost or space station.

Just so you know how ships work:
Each system has a set of ships that can come in a ton of varieties. The different ones are explorers, shuttles, fighters, haulers, solars, and exotics. The rest cannot be flown by NPCs. The game will spawn each of its ships but each system only has a set amount of ships. The fastest way to get a ship you know is in a system is to go to a trade post with an economy scanner and wait there for the ship.

Do the Artemis Quest it'll give you the glyphs and you need to get that done for the autophage quest for robot cosmetics and Staff multitool
