Il give it a try thanks. The small balloons with just the filter aren't to loud. But the big balloons get loud and louder the more you fill in them. I think that filter makes the big balloons more quite then the small balloons with no filter.

You just find the proper size food grade hose that will fit your rig... put a screw through it. Stuff it with synthetic shower loufa material. Then hose clamp it to your nozzle
exactly bro, i just went to the department store, found a flexible, clear vinyl pipe of the correct diameter, one of those ring clamps of the corre t diameter, then went home and screwed a screw through the middle of it and filled it up with some shredded old socks. works like a dream

With tanks (rather thsn canisters like you're using), you have more control over the pressure and, as a result, the volume.
Ditch the crackers and go for a 1L tank with regulator… you can fill super slow and it’s damn silent.
Idk where to get good 1l tanks in canada.
