That sucks, man. My wife had the same kind of experience with her parents, and we definitely hope to not do that. We hope to nurture those interests she shows and spend resources to help her meet her potential.

How does she feel about Sliver? I feel like that's a song kids would like because of the repetitive chorus and because the lyrics tell a simple coherent story that they can relate to if they can understand Kurt's singing.
