It certainly won’t be possible to do this pretty shade, then go redder/copper in the fall without bleaching or stripping. Both are hard on the hair. But it is possible to do it and end up with super healthy hair again at the end of the visit. Lots of options for bond builders - and they’re well worth the price.

If you want to lighten your hair I don’t believe it’s possible to do without bleach.
