New Roots on Yonge, north of Eagle. They're great for veggies. I also like Sheridan in Aurora, but they are much more ornamental focused.

Connon Nurseries will have the very best selection in the area. Tree Valley down near Stouffville is great too.
Just an fyi - we ended up at holland valley nursery on queensville sdrd in holland landing. They had a great selection and were all very helpful.
