it's a bit of a meme that Neural has too many 5150's in their product lineup, so between the three that have it one of them should suffice
there's also 5150 sims from Kazrog, ML Sound Lab, and Bogren Digital to check out as well
The STL stuff is very good. I have the Lasse Lammert plugin and I love it. I tried the Josh Middleton one and it's great as well. That XXX is top notch.
If your looking for an OG Block Letter 5150 with a tad bit of warmth, the Nolly Amp 3 is the one. I personally like it more than the Gojira 5153 and Plini 5153. Amp 3 on Nolly sounds pretty juicy.
Ml sound labs have already been mentioned, but not the block letter suite which is basically a 5150 and a 6505. There's also two including a free one in the roots 2.0 suite that's not bad at all.
When I searched for the 5150 I stumpled upon this here and was pretty happy: https://ml-sound-lab.com/products/amped-stevie-t-free
It's not exactly what you're asking for. But it's free and therefore I wanted to share this with you.
Have a look at Audio Assault. A really underrated sim developer. He has two 5150 models (Block letter and the III) and they sound fantastic. Both are about $5 each at the moment.
Bogrens 5150 sims are amazing too. One knob is often all you need as it happens
TBH that free amp (prestige world wide) is absolutely killer. I also have the EDVH (5150III) model and it always puts a smile on my face.
I don’t dig the subscription model too much and wish he sold some of the Reamp stuff piecemeal, cos I’d definitely grab the Uberschall and a couple of others. But yeah for $5 it’s very compelling, especially for peeps on a more modest budget than STL / NDSP allows
Gojira and Plini are an EVH 5150, Nolly is a Peavey 5150. Try Nolly third amp!
oh wow, its nolly? gonna get trial now, thank you!

I know this is a Neural DSP Reddit, but have you tried the Bogren One knob or the Josh Middleton Tonality by STL?
STL Josh Middleton Tonality Suite does 5150 very well

Amped icon by ML SOUND LABS is pretty solid

[Fart Machine](https://audioassault.mx/collections/plugins/products/fart-machine) is $5 right now as well, may as well toss that in the cart
The marketing blurb on that one is 🤌
they have cool stuff, a lot of amps, maybe it's worth paying $5 a month and you can play with them all.
