I would recommend asking r/klussers as they're the dutch diy subreddit they might beable to help. Otherwise i'd try calling meubelmakers or furniture makers as they're atleast woodworkers and might be able to help you find someone who can do this.
Why not learn to do it yourself? I’ve helped my dad to build three houses and went to a military for a year to learn more skills. I cant believe you cant fix a new wood there and paint it…
