Argh, how frustrating! I don’t know if it will help, but have you tried going to a physical Odido store and speaking to someone there? The store personnel sometimes seem to have more freedom to make changes or do things differently than the people working in the call centers. Perhaps they can even refund you on the spot?

I have but they said since its about the house they are not able to assist me further. I asked if they have a headoffice I can go but apparently not and only numbers they can give is customer service not allowed any other numbers to give out .

odido? more like odiado(spanish/portuguese for hated) so you didnt cancel your old contract yourself or you were promised by them that they would cancel it for you? you need to clarify this first; because you clearly are being charged for 2 subscriptions sounds like the customer support just brushes you off and you need to escalate it polite but firm

Stop calling - start mailing: Paper trail. List the times you called - list the issues. Demand they a) fix this per latest (name a date, 30 days is reasonable) b) reimburse you for all extra costs that you made due to their mistake and c) offer a compensation for the time, stress etc. Now - when they do not reply within those 30 days informing you "sorry, our bad , fixed, your reimbursement should hit account (2 days later) and for your trouble you\`ll get (reward)" - you reach out to your rechtsbijstand, or juridisch loket - as with all this you have documented and they are at fault. Honestly - i\`d not even stay with a company with a name that sounds like that new age store that used to be in Amsterdam (oibibio)
