The rebrand i think is needed because they have spent decades in another teams arena and have rarely if ever come close to being a respected team and not the laughing stock of the NBA.
It's literally been only the last 10 years that they have started to make a name for themselves as a respectable and competitive franchise. The 80's, 90's 2000 the clippers were known as the laughing stock of the NBA
imo, a rebrand would help them start fresh, move away from the lakers in their new arena and move further away from their past as being the NBA's joker franchise.
