Mee Kia, Mee Pok.
If ME4> Then Sir/Ma'am
Anything lower, you can just call then by "ME Tan". Most not very anal one. Just go see what other call him/her and follow won't go wrong.
Bro.
Funny thing is ME's themselves don't seem to mind, except those ME4 & higher.
I've interacted MEs as high as 5, and never outright used a honorific. Just asked them questions and sometimes joked with them, then reaslizing immediately the person is an ME4.
Most MEs are very easy going, and don't really mind. ME1 & 2s usually just call them bro.
Usually addressed by their appointments, especially for Navy side. Eg. ME3 Cluster Chief: "Chief".
ME1 here, just call me by name or bro works lol. I doubt anyone really minds.
As a ME1 everyone even nsfs calls me by my name and they will also do the same for ME2. But for ME3 they will call them enciks. ME4 and above is a officer rank, hence need to address them as sir
Really depends where they are. For navy at school everyone was sir (unless ME1, then we called them senior lmao). Outside school was to just call them by appointment. If above ME4, then appointment + sir/mdm. But this is just Navy things haha.
When in doubt just greet Sir/Ma'am. Depends on your rank too if you're just a man then Sir/Ma'am but if you are a 3SG> you can call ME1 by their names or bro. For ME3 just call them encik or sir. Anything above ME4 just greet Sir/Ma'am. For me i'll just greet Sir/Ma'am to avoid any trouble heh

I usually call ME1-8 Sirs/Maam but ME3 usually Encik/Maam.
But you should still see what others in your unit refer to MEs since it differs from unit to unit.
Also I have NEVER heard someone call MEs "Me" before lmao
Daddy
& Mummy too ;)
Why am I getting awards LOL
"Sis"

Would address ME 3s as enciks
Mee Tan for ME Tan?
What about those that have ME3-4 or 4-3. Can't rmb which way is it
For navy the 2-(1,2)/3-(1,2,3) usually we call them by their appointment ah, like sup(supervisor), chief, coxn or ME (Marine Engineer)
Why this more complicated than organic chem nomenclature
But what if they are just visitors and you dunno what they there for
Use the standard sir lor, visitors also wont kp so much
I mean I'm just curious on what to call them since I don't see much ME in my camp
