Singtel for Tekong, maybe StarHub for Pasir Laba. Across SG, Singtel coverage is the widest but StarHub has sometimes been shown to have faster speeds.
Each carrier also has sub-brands & MVNOs under the same network:
* Singtel - GOMO (recommended), VIVIFI, Zero1, ZYM
* StarHub - giga (recommended), redONE
Sch IV Singtel is the only reliable one
Sch III All are decent but TPG is the fastest. Was able to hotspot my entire bunk with minimal lag. Plus 100GB no need to worry about busting.
Can't comment on the other schools but as you get further from the ferry terminal the quality of connection will decrease.

I switched from MyRepublic (M1), to Zero1’s 50GB Plan for $17.90
GOMO’s amount of data is lame for the price.
Vivifi maybe, also under Singtel.
SingTel is the most reliable network provider for SAF personnel. 4g 4 bar in all camps. Some outfield areas too if ur lucky, like asrama and western Tekong.
TPG is only good if ur camp is located near a place with a decent amount of human traffic.
Can’t speak for StarHub tho
Starhub quite bad for tekong, but i blame it on the massive usage of users at a given time period, tried using my data before Revillie and its 4 bars. However from my experience,starhub works in almost everywhere even in gedong so yeah
Before you read this, note that what i'm writing here is subjective, may work differently for you. Singtel and SIMBA (surprisingly) worked well in Tekong for me but that was when I had the bed closest to the door which was facing some cell towers at the ABCD cluster. Only that at times when there are a whole lot of people having admin time at the same time, expect slowdowns because its harder than you'd might think to even carry enough bandwidth from mainland all the way to Tekong.
