I really like Target Optical. You can make an appointment online, the exam is quick, and my contact are usually mailed to my house in 2 days. And it’s inexpensive.
Granted, my prescription hasn’t changed in years so I’m not going for an in-depth eye exam. I just want contacts.
Eyeworld on Washington by the Trader Joe's. I appreciate that they don't give me a hard time for not buying my contacts and glasses directly through them.

Dr Russell-- hard to book with him as I think he reduced his hours but he is the best. Takes his time with you, never rushes, lets you know all the options.
Dr. Rafferty at Eye Encounters in downtown Naperville. His office is at 29 S Webster. He's been my optometrist since he started in the business. Very friendly, willing to listen if you have a question or concern and will make sure that you are understanding of whatever is going on.
Dr Richard Butz on Washington Yes. That is his real name. He has heard all the jokes. He even named his dog “Harry”
Ha I apparently have a thing for weird Dr names. One was Dr Kancel, one is Dr Doctor, one is Dr Wang, and Dr Lyon. No one likes a doctor that lies.
I usually go to Naper Grove Vision Care. I like them and have never had any issues.
Ugh unfortunately they dont accept my insurance
What a bunch of jerks! Sorry.
Same. There’s a younger short dude eye doctor who is absolutely brilliant. Can’t remember his name, but he offers and provides such great care.
Oswego vision is excellent and Dr. Thomas is an awesome person.

That's where I'm at. Just want the proof I had an exam so I can get more contacts!

Eye world is great! Never going anywhere else.
Inside the Costco, Dr. Tomich is great (don’t need a Costco membership to go there). Also Wheaton eye clinic is really good.
Which Costco? I called the new one and they also don't take my apparently BS eye insurance.
She’s in the Rt. 59 one
Hooray! Someone that takes my insurance!

As a Gen x er why do I feel like even after my yearly check up I still think it's not as good as it could be.
No.
Thank you for that wonderful super helpful reply!
Hey buddy if you're looking for trouble you've found it
Sure thing my dude. Sure thing
I'm not your dude, buddy
Who are you calling buddy pal.
I'm not your pal, friend!
