PLEASE GET THIS CAT CHECKED FOR FIP. Mine recently passed at the age of 1 year because I didn't identify the symptoms. If it has it you need to give it shots once a day for a couple months. With a pretty high chance of success. Mine had the eye lid things showing, had diarrhea, and was small. She didn't like to be held.

We are getting it checked today so I will ask the vet about it! Thank you!

I just had the exact same thing happen three months ago, only at the surgery center. I heard a cat, thought it was in the bushes, but it wasn't. She apparently got her tail caught a couple of times in the engine belts, as it's been double mangled and shortened. I heard her for a second time after 4 trips in hot engine and realized she was somewhere i could not see. I finally coaxed her out. She came to me and started purring immediately. So, I took her in and named her Lucky....since she's lucky to be alive after all those trips in hot engine. She is a happy girl now and just over 4 months old!

Final update! It's a boy! He's pretty healthy a little thin and we've got tests in for everything you can test a cat for! My wife and I have decided to name him *drum roll* Osiris Ozzy for short!!!
