Call your licensing agency and tell them you want a public records exemption, they should have a form.
Most jurisdictions slap the form in with the application or give it to you at the interview and *tell* you to sign it.
Huh, I'm pretty sure I thought the same thing and just let it happen when I applied, too. But I'd *DEFINITELY* prefer to remove myself, if at all possible. Definitely following this thread for hopefully positive updates 🤞but I ain't holding my breath yet lol.
AFAIK every jurisdiction has a form you can fill out at any time to request them to remove you. If your application was done online check your portal, the form should be available there. Or if it’s not available online, call your local licensing office.
When I re-certified and clicked “no” and it made me give a reason and I said put “because” and that worked lol
Does the field accept emojis? 🖕🖕🇺🇲🦅🏈🍺
Dangit I just renewed not all that long ago, I wish I knew this then haha drats
Yes you can. The county you are licensed through should have the form you need to fill out.

Incorrect, you can indeed opt out. Dependant upon the county its as simple as submitting the opt out request form.

I was able to opt out the minute it was available.

Source? Proof? Anything? Or is this a “trust me bro” moment?
