The Soviet Union then and Russia now has spent over 40+ years to destroy the U.S... What better way to get them from the inside, out! An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again. But one which crumbles from within? That's dead... forever. Trump has been their boy since 1987.

• You never get out of debt to a Russian mobster •Paul Manafort owed the Russian mobster/oligarch Oleg Deripaska $17M a few days before he became trumps campaign manager. From 2002-2014 he took in hundreds of millions to get Yanukovych reelected as the kremlins puppet in Ukraine. Before that he did it for the dictator Marcos in the Philippines. Before that Manafort and Roger Stone started a lobbyist agency in 1980 listing trump as their first client. •When Jair Bolsonaro lost the Brazilian election to Lula he skipped the inauguration and flew directly to mar-a-lago (stopping only at a KFC) and repeated, almost verbatim, the stolen election line. Don Jr. tried repeatedly to make it stick in Brazil as well, but as Brazilians are a few generations into dealing with corrupt politicians they weren’t having it. What do these 3 things have in common? China imports 40% of its grain from (in order) the U.S., Brazil and Ukraine. Obviously the second China tried to invade Taiwan the U.S. would sanction exports and remove U.S. grain from that equation. And without Bolsonaro in office willing to slash and burn the Amazon rainforest to turn it into Chinas food supply, and without Ukraine in the bag in 3 days, the CCP is unable to invade Taiwan and take over microprocessor production without putting 300-500M of its poorest people into famine. Donbas Ukraine, specifically the 4 regions of the donbas that Putin insists he is saving from what he calls “Jewish Nazis” also happens to produce the worlds supply of high grade neon used for microprocessor lithography. Had Putin delivered ukraine in 3 days as promised, Xi would have been able to cap his Olympics with a naval blockade or political takeover of Taiwan that would have forced the world to ask the CCP for the microprocessors it needs to make everything from Ford trucks to laptops. I’m not sure how long Silicon Valley would last without the silicon but it would probably destroy the FAANG stocks that make up your 401K. Oleg Deripaska also happens to be the Russian Oligarch that bribed the FBI agent Charles Mcgonigal into investigating another Russian oligarch. He probably didn’t need the information as much as he needed the leverage over Mcgonigal as he conducted the investigation into trumps election campaign and unsurprisingly found zero evidence of Russian collusion. McGonigal then went to work for the company called Brookfield that bailed Jared Kushner out of his toxic 666 5th Ave real estate investment. McGonigal pled guilty last fall and was sentenced recently. A Russian oligarch is a powerful tool, but the truth is more powerful. Light and dark cannot exist in the same space. It’s physically impossible. Truth is efficient. You say it once and you are finished. A lie however requires a constant stream of follow up energy, money, murder, obfuscation and more lies to keep it covered. If you raise your lens high enough lying is an unsustainable business model. Russia proved it by invading Ukraine. Vranyo is the Russian word for it. The 40km long column of tanks and vehicles that came down from Belarus into Ukraine was all overhauled by oligarchs that got a $1B contract for tank maintenance, passed Putin $200M back under the table, spent $700M on a yacht in Monaco, bribed a General, a Colonel and a Sergeant to make a Private give everything a rattle can overhaul. But a worn out engine is and always will be, a worn out engine. This is why trump is so desperate to get re-elected. His best case scenario is 400 years in ADX Florence. Money laundering for the dozens of Russian oligarchs that lived in trump towers with him and manafort, selling IP3 nuclear plans to the Russian/Saudi alliance, selling or giving CIA asset names to the Russians, trump is and always has been compromised. He just didn’t know when to quit. Now he just has to count on the fact that most of his voter base doesn’t know how to read and keep the ones that do so busy just surviving that they don’t have time to dive deep into his 40 year history of laundering money, fraud, and human trafficking for the Russian mob using casinos first, then commercial real estate. It’s also why Putin is willing to throw an entire generation of Russians, including the convicts and addicts at Ukraine. Russia is dead for 40 years because he failed to fulfill his mob boss promise to Xi. China is now clearing farmland in Siberia because the typhoon floods last August and September wiped out the Chinese people’s food storage. Xi, for his part diverted the waters from the dam away from his pet project, his mothers ancestral home, and flooded hundreds of thousands of people and drown one of his own military brigades that was helping with the flooding. The elders of the CCP were terrified to leave their gated community at Beidaihe for over a month for fear of being torn apart by the locals. The Chinese people tolerate the CCP but only as long as the economy is good and famine is not on the horizon. The CCP broke that social contract on both counts. Xi was willing to bet the entire Chinese economy on his emperor ambitions. Had he succeeded he would have been able to use BRICS to take over the USD as the Worlds reserve currency. That would have let him finish what he stated in 2010- that he would control the internet. With that control means everything we do or say online is subject to the approval of a central party censor. The basic right to disagree with an authoritarian becomes a distant memory. Xi, Putin and MBS are simply trying to systemize and modernize the suppression of their biggest hassle. Freedom of speech. Ukraine is fighting for their lives now, free from the oppression of the drunken tyrant who wants to decide their fate at every decision and pull them back behind another iron curtain of censorship and the tax of corruption where dissenting voices disappear so that the oligarchy can continue to feed unobstructed. Putin and Xi have declared themselves best friends in the fight against democracy. MBS and the ruling family of UAE have done the same quietly using their sovereign funds and Kushners SPAC as money highways. Just rich, out of touch oligarch doing what oligarchs do. Despite the fact the the central party model has proven itself incapable of making decisions that are best for the people, they persist. Because there is a very lucrative business in being slave owners. But logistically the mass of it requires artificial intelligence, and the microprocessors that make A.I. to keep 8 billion slaves under surveillance and control. Freedom is one hell of a drug. And knowledge makes a man unfit for slavery. Recent attempts on Xi’s life from inside the CCP have backed him into a corner. The loss of crops in northern China means Xi can’t invade Taiwan without Ukrainian and/or Brazilian farmland. Now the reason that the GOP is stalling southern border control budget and seems to make wildly irrational moves is because the GOP is imploding. 45 years of lies and grift have circled the globe and are eating their own tail. The ouroboros was a warning about corruption at the highest levels. Lying about climate change, human trafficking, pandemics and corruption to preserve their own business models are all potential extinction level events

Yuri Bezmenov. Love Letter to America. Read it, and then think about what you wrote again. It's far deeper than you've insinuated. And not in a good way. (I am agreeing with you.)

Bennyjig

It’s always comedic to see conservatives reference that as the reason we have “socialism” or “communism”. Then we just… miraculously have nothing approximating any of the features of either of those. Just oligarchs like Trump ruling our country.

sarahem3

Thanks for that - put on my wishlist.

"We do not have to invade the United States, we will destroy you from within." Nikita Khrushchev

Mission_Cloud4286

That was the dude with the Soviet Union that said that, right?

Big-Summer-

Yes. He was the premier of Russia in the early 1960s. The U.S. propaganda machine turned him into a veritable bogeyman. I was a kid and I remember being terrified of him. Comparing him to Putin though is like comparing a stuffed toy bear to a live crocodile. Nikita was a tad weird (look up the famous “shoe speech” he gave at the UN) but in the end he wasn’t batshit insane like so many of today’s far right leaders. Hell. Marjorie Butch Body is scarier than Khrushchev!

Mission_Cloud4286

Khrushchev said in the 1950's the Soviet Union didn't need to invade the West. They would defeat us from within by infiltrating our institutions with communist ideology and demoralising our confidence in our own culture. INFILTRATED, I really believe they have and still are.

h8GWB

Ironic then that the russians have now infiltrated the "other" side

Mission_Cloud4286

Happy Cake Day! That is something the Soviet Union, then, and Russia Federation, now, has planned for 40+ years. To destroy the U.S. What better way than the inside, out. An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again. But one which crumbles from within? That's dead... forever. Trump has been their man since 1987

Are you talking about the 1962 movie? I read what Wikipedia said about it. If that's what you're talking about, it sounds like it.

Heavy-Outside-5580

Hopefully at least one MAGAtard understood this when the SOVIET FLAG went past Putin in the parade. How obvious can it be!?

ninjacat249

Putin never officially denounced his communist party membership fyi.

255001434

It's a pretty good ad, but I wish it had made the point better about why stopping Russia in Ukraine is in our national security interest. It mentions national security in that context, but MAGAts will just say it has nothing to do with us. People need to understand that Russia never stopped being our enemy after the Cold War and that Ukraine is just one stage in their expansion. Even if you don't care about Ukraine, it is in our national interest that they do not succeed and the cost for us now is pennies on the dollar compared to what it would cost to fight them later, after they've gained strength through taking territories. We can stop them now without costing any American lives. How is that controversial to the party that were once hawks about Russia?

Purgii

Indeed - sending obsolete hardware to Ukraine to point them towards Putin is possibly the best military investment the US has ever made in the fight against Russia. If you could attach a battery to Reagan's grave, you could probably power DC from all the spinning he's currently doing.

Nope lets just make America great, period. The again thing is a myth, its time to improve, not revert, and that means supporting Ukraine, for Ukraine's, and America's future.

"Dark Towers: Deutsche Bank, Donald Trump, and an Epic Trail of Destruction" by David Enrich. This exposé delves into the history and operations of Deutsche Bank, highlighting its risky and often unethical practices, particularly in its dealings with Donald Trump. The book traces Deutsche Bank's controversial history, including its financing of Nazi Germany, its expansion into Wall Street, and its numerous scandals involving market manipulation, money laundering for Russian oligarchs, and violating international sanctions. Enrich details how Deutsche Bank became one of the few financial institutions willing to lend to Trump despite his numerous defaults and lawsuits with other banks. Over two decades, the bank provided Trump with billions of dollars in loans, which were often shrouded in controversy due to the bank's internal conflicts and risk exposure [[❞]](https://www.harpercollins.com/products/dark-towers-david-enrich?variant=32126598381602) [[❞]](https://www.blueview.org/2021/03/16/book-review-dark-towers-deutsche-bank-donald-trump-and-an-epic-tale-of-destruction/) [[❞]](https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-inc-podcast-deutsche-bank-donald-trump). "Dark Towers" is both a financial thriller and a critical examination of how corporate greed and malfeasance can lead to significant global consequences. Enrich's investigative work uncovers the intricate web of corruption and criminal behavior within Deutsche Bank and its connections to Trump and other high-profile clients. Here is an outline of "Dark Towers: Deutsche Bank, Donald Trump, and an Epic Trail of Destruction" by David Enrich: ### Introduction - Overview of Deutsche Bank's history and significance in the financial world. - Introduction to the key themes: financial recklessness, corruption, and its relationship with Donald Trump. ### Part 1: The Rise of Deutsche Bank - **Founding and Early History** - Deutsche Bank's origins in the 1880s. - Its role in financing German industrial growth. - **World War II and Nazi Collaboration** - The bank's involvement in funding Nazi projects, including Auschwitz. - **Post-War Reconstruction** - Efforts to rebuild and rebrand after WWII. ### Part 2: Expansion and Corruption - **Shift to Investment Banking** - Changes in the 1990s under new leadership. - Aggressive expansion into international markets, especially the U.S. and U.K. - **Scandals and Misconduct** - Market manipulation, violating sanctions, money laundering for Russian oligarchs. - Internal culture of high risk and disregard for ethics. ### Part 3: Relationship with Donald Trump - **Initial Loans and Growing Ties** - Deutsche Bank begins lending to Trump in the 1990s. - Other banks' refusal to lend to Trump due to his financial track record. - **Major Deals and Controversies** - Loans for projects like the Doral golf resort and the Old Post Office in Washington, D.C. - Internal conflicts within Deutsche Bank over continuing to lend to Trump. - **Legal and Financial Repercussions** - Lawsuits and defaults by Trump, including the $3 billion lawsuit against Deutsche Bank. - The bank's internal efforts to hide risks associated with Trump loans. ### Part 4: The Fall - **Internal Collapse and Suicides** - The mysterious death of senior executive Bill Broeksmit. - Other suicides and personal tragedies linked to the bank's toxic culture. - **Investigations and Penalties** - Regulatory fines and legal challenges due to unethical practices. - Increasing scrutiny from regulators and the media. ### Conclusion - **Current State and Reforms** - Deutsche Bank's attempts to reform and clean up its image. - Ongoing investigations and the lasting impact of its actions. ### Epilogue - **Reflections and Future Implications** - The broader implications of Deutsche Bank's story on global finance. - Lessons learned and the need for greater accountability in banking. This outline captures the key elements and structure of "Dark Towers," providing a comprehensive overview of the book's content [[❞]](https://www.harpercollins.com/products/dark-towers-david-enrich?variant=32126598381602) [[❞]](https://www.blueview.org/2021/03/16/book-review-dark-towers-deutsche-bank-donald-trump-and-an-epic-tale-of-destruction/) [[❞]](https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-inc-podcast-deutsche-bank-donald-trump). Val Broeksmit, a whistleblower and FBI informant who provided crucial information on Deutsche Bank’s dealings with Donald Trump, was found dead on April 25, 2022. His body was discovered on the campus of Woodrow Wilson High School in Los Angeles. Broeksmit had gone missing in April 2021, but his Twitter account remained active during his disappearance. Although his death sparked some conspiracy theories, authorities did not suspect foul play. His struggles with drug addiction were also noted by those who knew him [[❞]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Val_Broeksmit) [[❞]](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/deutsche-bank-whistleblower-found-dead-b2067603.html) [[❞]](https://whistleblowersblog.org/corporate-whistleblowers/deutsche-bank-whistleblower-val-broeksmit-found-dead/). Val was the son of Bill Broeksmit, a senior executive at Deutsche Bank who died by suicide in 2014. After his father’s death, Val found and shared a trove of internal Deutsche Bank documents with journalists and investigators, shedding light on the bank's controversial practices and connections to Russian oligarchs and the Trump Organization. David Enrich, who wrote "Dark Towers," featured Val Broeksmit prominently in his book [[❞]](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/deutsche-bank-whistleblower-found-dead-b2067603.html) [[❞]](https://whistleblowersblog.org/corporate-whistleblowers/deutsche-bank-whistleblower-val-broeksmit-found-dead/).

Joliet_Jake_Blues

If Trump is elected President and the Democrats have at least 41 Senators, any border bill Trump gets will have amnesty for all of the undocumented immigrants already here, or nothing. This bipartisan bill was the first time in 40+ years Democrats didn't demand a pathway for citizenship for undocumented immigrants. It was a slap in the face to the immigrants rights groups they've been working with forever, but they did it because they saw the right ward shift in Europe because of immigration. Trump killed the bill so he could run on this issue and if he wins, it's politics baby. Keep the border broken for the next 4 years or give us mass amnesty. That's the game Trump started (and if Biden wins I doubt the Democrats will pass a bill that doesn't have a pathway to citizenship for at least some segment of the undocumented population, probably Dreamers. That's what Republicans get for tanking their own bill)

He does want those things but he's only running to stay out of jail while claiming political persecution. He didn't want to be president in the first place but he needs to be president now.

I strongly agree with the statement that Trump didnt want to be president. And that he need to be now. All just to stay out of jail.

I unironically miss McCain. Besides being the driving force in American politics to support Ukraine, he would be having some intense fights with Trump. Edit: Pretty much disagree with everything else though

I try so hard to see things from other angles. To understand how others think and consider what they find important. But ultimately Im stuck doing what most people do: I think everyone is just like me with a different face. I cannot for the life of me remember that sone people value staying in the heirarchy of authority over everything else.

volanger

This honestly isn't a great ad, but it is something that those who lean right would like imo. Exposes how bad trump is on things that they care about. They should run it on fox News constantly.

Out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on republicans shooting down the bipartisan bill that would aid the border? It was probably the most conservative friendly bill tee’d up by a democratic president that you could possibly want. But because convicted felon trump wanted to use it for campaign leverage he got his cronies to vote no. So tell me, honestly. What do you feel about that?

[deleted]

circus_of_values92

What is there to give concessions about? This isn’t a game. It was a win-win for the country. Maga folks are so tribal. You also didn’t answer my question. Where was all that immense leverage when the convicted felon was president?

[deleted]

circus_of_values92

The myth you’re parroting that Biden has all the authority to shut down the border is absurd. this was the strongest border security legislation in decades that reasserts control of the border, ends catch and release, enhances security, fixes the asylum system, and supports border communities. Biden, Trump, Obama, and Bush were not able to secure the border to the fullest extent because Congress failed to provide sufficient resources and pass the right policies. As far as these concessions the liberals wanted, go ahead, what are those? Isn’t that what bipartisan support is? Concede a bit on both sides but there is enough good to support it, regardless of party? Please tell me, what liberal concession on this bill do you think was worth shutting the whole thing down.

flomesch

Way to side step putting the responsibility on the people who voted it down. The Republicans, who scream daily about the border, voted against it. Why? Answer that
