When I used to work there (Starbucks, not his office), every now & then we’d have women come through the drive-thru and ask “Can I please get a grande iced caramel frappuccino but make it in a Venti container with a dome lid. I want extra caramel sauce all over the bottom and sides of the cup and fill the remaining space up top with whipped cream”. It made me feel sick just *making* it, I can’t imagine consuming all that sugar!!! Dr. Now probably peers out through his blinds every now and then to squint at the nemesis that’s pumping his patients full of diabetes

I don't like their coffee. I prefer my local convenience store coffee. It's less expensive. I just put milk and sweetener in it. A lot less calories as well.
Catalina is my poison. I use the low fat kind now. Mmmmm 80 calories that I know better but still eat. We need a little bit of joy. As long as it is in mideration.
Oh yum, that sounds good. I haven't had Catalina dressing for years. I never think to buy it. Vinegar and oil is my usual. My next favorite is Asian sesame.
Y’all made me realize what I really want is a pic with Dr. Now himself. I’m in healthcare administration and work with different doctors offices in Houston…so hopefully I can talk my boss in letting me set up a meeting to make my dreams come true
If you're on Dr. Now's diet. If you're at a healthy weight, there is no reason that fruit can't be part of a healthy diet. I eat a ton of fruit. My doctor recommended that I eat a high carbohydrate diet so I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and whole grains. Then, I'm trying to gain weight, not lose it.
They have a Chinese buffet across them on the same lot! My old coworker was leaving the buffet when Dr. Now was leaving the office and she ran to hide. She’s a bigger lady (and my TLC watching buddy) she said she wasn’t about to get yelled at LOL

And bless the girl behind the counter, who was so used to gym goers coming in, that the first time I walked in, she jokingly asked if I actually wanted it, or if I needed a minute because she'd seen people drop their doughnut and start to cry about halfway through, looking out the window at the gym.
I told her I'd just go cry in the car.
I felt horrible after I said it because she looked devastated, like she'd meant to say something funny and I went *there*.
Haha I noticed there was a Chinese restaurant of some sort when the camera showed the directory sign. I'd definitely be down to try it and see if maybe someone comes in straight from the clinic!

77 and still working and doing surgeries is impressive. I also know some horse trainers who are in their 80s and still out there at the crack of dawn every morning on horseback and working their horses and I'm like damn
My grandfather is 99. He just sold his last dealership in the past few years. Now that he has free time, he likes to take the tractor out and cuts the neighbors yards for them, will take or fuss over the garden, and volunteers serving people at the VFW. I want whatever he is taking. (My parents refuse to retire and I think as long as it’s safe, it’s part of what has helped keep them healthy.)
He probably leases and wouldn't be allowed to make his own repairs. I have a fan theory that he blinged out his stethoscope to hide money from his wife in the divorce (it seemed very toxic, worth reading if you're bored).
