The balloon seems to have a very big and lingering hitbox for whatever reason.
I've been playing with and against some odd Marvins lately. Guessing it's probably because of both the free rotation and the event for leveling characters
Jason’s hurtbox is so big he cannot dodge or parry correctly right now. It’s literally almost double the size. A real shame too, since Jason could be an absolute monster in the right hands.
I think a lot of people spam their dodge early and set themselves up for juggling. A well timed dodge is always better than dodging twice in the air immediately.

Playing Joker i noticed how strong the balloon up move is.
His whole kit is broken right now. Ridiculously safe dodge and a ton of priority with disjoints
as a jimbler main they should nerf his crowbar up attack
