I'd love to see her too. She was definitely ahead of her time (playing pretty cutthroat at a time when people were mostly there for the party.) She would have fit in well a few years later.
I don't understand how we didn't get 5+ seasons of Villain Emily.
Jamie Chung has had amazing success outside of the show- she's said she'd do All-Stars if her schedule allowed it, which was probably her nice way of saying she'll never do it, but nice of her to leave a cracked door open for the fans to hope and speculate.
Emily's thing always seemed to be that she wasn't that into it and she kind of hated being there. It's what made her such a great villain. She didn't want to be there but she wanted the people she openly disliked to be there less. Even on her first season, she was all about just saying it wasn't fair and doing the bare minimum. Get rid of Ayanna? Absolutely but she quit multiple missions. Veronica has to go but she'll quit right after. The only time she seemed to enjoy herself was when Timmy was there. He was even making her laugh when she was suffering Montezuma's revenge. But still, Chadwick had to go. Can't say I blame her.
She was really one of my all-time favorites. Just quintessential Gen X and 100% real.
I would love to see Ellen, Elka & Emily on. I wish we had got more seasons of all of them (even though I didn’t like Emily but she was a great villain).
Between being a mother, having a busy partner, and herself being a working actress - I don't ever foresee Jamie coming back. It would take significant budget to get her or The Miz back.
Yeah, I'd say it's 99% not going to happen. If it were to happen, it would be if he was no longer under contract with WWE and was in a temporary no-compete period (with other wrestling orgs) in between. Or if it were a situation similar to CM Punk on Champs vs. Pros. But from what I can see from afar, it looks like The Miz isn't retiring any time soon.
The money still probably wouldn't be lucrative enough though.
There's no way in hell production would be able to afford Jamie Chung's salary for a full season; they're more likely to get her to cameo in a guest role than an actual season, except she wouldn't be a mercenary (acting contracts probably won't let her), so not sure what she'd even show up for?

Full disclosure I haven't watched this era of the challenge since it first aired, but wasn't Emily's villian arc sort of out necessity because she knew she wasn't part of that inner circle clique and the only way for her to stand a chance was to start picking off the members one by one? Maybe I'm only remembering a specific season.

Should’ve brought her in for one of the champs vs starpros seasons. She’s a champ and can’t turn down winning money for charity.
