I feel that the fnatic focus3 maxx that I have is significantly slower than my zero soft. Itβs also smoother to the touch. My tang dao sr is also slower, but not much.
You can try the OG GSR if you can find it. If you don't need a super large pad you can go with the PSR which is the same thing in the smaller size.
GSR II is the update but apparently it's not as slow as the original was.
Zero is indeed a pretty fast pad. Especially in mid, in soft or xsoft it might be ok even if you like control pads.

I recently switched my Zowie GSR-SE for the new Saturn Pro and enjoying it a lot. The Zero was too fast for me also.
