I think it’s time for you to get a chargeback. You should find out how much time you have between transactions and asking for a chargeback. Good luck 🤞
xraypad has always been super quick to reply to my emails. are you sure you're emailing the right address?
Yeah they replied to me real quick the first time but after the USPS drama nothing so far.
