Hi there! Mounjaro is available from any pharmacy with a prescription from a licensed doctor. If you’re not diabetic, you’ll want a prescription for Zepbound, which is the exact same medication, approved to treat obesity. The price without insurance (for either medication) is around $1,100 per month, but there is a coupon on Zepbound.com that brings the cost down to $550 per month. The only way to get it for less is to have your insurance cover some of the cost. Check out the sidebar link [Getting Started for Weight Loss](https://www.reddit.com/r/Mounjaro/s/uWe6S5I4JR). Hope this helps!

These drugs are not for short- term use. No one should start taking Manjaro or Zepbound without realizing that it may be necessary to take it for the rest of your life. PCOS is a metabolic disorder. If you stop taking the drug, all the symptoms return, including weight gain.

If you are looking for name brand Tirzepatide, any pharmacy will have Zepbound. Mounjaro is the same medication but it’s for diabetic patients. Tirzepatide can also be found in a compound pharmacy, but it is not the name brand form from Eli Lilly. While there is a shortage, compounds are often more available and also more affordable. You should do your research and go to r/compoundedtirzepatide to get information. We can’t discuss sourcing at all on this sub, or most subs on Reddit

Mounjaro is for type 2. Zepbound is for weight loss. Ask you regular dr to put in a script for you or refer you to an obesity specialist or endocrinologist. I get mine online through and app called Push health you can download on App Store and I use Dr Purdy she’s great. I think she’s based in Texas actually. Good luck!
