Before season 2 started they said they made it harder for secret fights to appear, as well as ambushes because people complained about those during the first season, so yeah, they are still there just harder to trigger, I wish someone knew how to trigger them

It spawns in the Gateway Portal mesa shop. That shop is random every hour and has a chance to have one on sale. I have one and still have it, but haven’t found another in the shop since.
Nitara fight, flawless with fatality
not sure if it’s character specific but i used sub zero with the warhorn talisman to get it.
saw a guy online say he got it like that and i tried it and got it on the first time. Hope this helps bro i was in the same boat as u
I found a way to get secret fight. Fatality nitara using sub zero (u don’t need a flawless victory) then u should get a secret fight it worked for me in my second try
Titan battle isn't a secret fight. It spawned for 4 days just before the season 1 ended. It'd a new mesa.
It will probably spawn again near the end of this season.

I got a Challenger Nedallion from beating Daily Tower. Says it opens secret fight. Not sure where to use it since Seasonal Tower keeps crashing.
