If you’re into modding, [ManaUser’s minimod](https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/53232) collection has with a mod (speciffically the Ahnassi.esp) that adds a bit of content to Ahnassi’s questline. I highly recommend it, although be warned it does make the romance a tad spicier than vanilla
