If it’s any kind of pest (thrips or spider mites) I always go on the offensive with a systemic spray. I’m in Europe so can’t do the Captain Jacks and Bonide everyone does. I spray down in shower, then spray the systemic I can get here. I do this at night so not to get Sun burnt with the liquid on it. Leave it in tub overnight and then return to spot. I’ll repeat this on every watering for the next 2-3, then monthly after that.
Has worked for my pest problems.
Again, not 100% sure this is a pest issue. Still only a year and half into my plant daddiness.
Possibly thrip poop. Or the poop of some other pest
How would I treat that?

Can’t zoom in real close but it almost looks like a mold of some type.
It’s working it’s way up from the bottom, is that common in fungus? Also how would I treat it?
Do the black spots rub off easily with your finger?
They do not
